I have been dealing with Michelle Mulo for several years now. Firstly when she redesigned our complete database in Access and secondly when she designed a programme which simplified our marketing routine.
We are extremely happy with the way both systems have simplified our processes. In addition we have found Michelle very easy to communicate with. She constantly kept us updated as to the progress during the design phase and provided excellent oral and written instruction on the introduction of a system into our office. Whenever there is any problem she is extremely quick to respond and rectify that problem.
As a result of Michelle's programming, the labour required for administrative tasks in our office has virtually been halved.
